The employer – employee relations are often characterized with tensions and labour related discord.  We as a firm stand as a reference point to several employers and employees.  We have represented and advise unions of employees on available redress when their rights have been aggrieved.

We also facilitate alternate dispute resolution and negotiations for employers and employees.  We recognize that most disagreements emanate from new policies and imposition of new rules, we therefore sensitize out clients on the need to systematically but gradually introduce change whether policy or substantive, with strong incline towards proper elaboration of the need for the changes, and advantage to accrue the adoption of new policies.

International Trade

We represent and act for foreign and domestic producers, service supplies and trade associations in various matters from telecommunication to agricultural matters.

We also provide advice on anticipatory risks and hazards legal & economic to our clients intending to venture into different aspect of international trade; this we do with a view to avoiding bottlenecks and eluctable legal complications for the intending investor.

We provide advise and guidance to our clients with regard to regional trade arrangements such as under the now emerging East African Community and the COMESA treaty governing import and exports.

Corporate/Commercial Law

We run a vibrant and up-dated corporate/commercial department, with unlimited expertise in the stated field.  We maintain the ability to dispense immediate, effective and sound financial and commercial advice to our clients.  We act for several commercial institutions, banking houses and credit institutions, multi-national companies engaged in production, manufacturing and marketing services.  For our clientele, we provide litigational support and advisory opinion, in addition to the actual construction and execution of security documents and conveyance instruments.
