Areas of Expertise
While we cannot in the breadth of this paper accord an exhaustive treatise of litigation matters we have been engaged in, a few areas can be synoptically listed.
Commercial matters – we advise on all litigation related aspects of commercial transactions and undertakings. Our range of clientele hereunder range from individuals to banking and other financial institutions.
Employment – assisting domestic and international clients in dispute over labour matters, executive compensation and contracts, claims of discrimination and employment related arbitration.
Class actions – defending and prosecuting from inception, through trial and appeal, if necessary, securities dismissal, compensation and other class action cases.
Fraud – handling all aspects of criminal and enforcement matters, including advising clients on how to avoid the substantial risks that investigations and prosecutions pose, representing clients before regulatory bodies and defending clients in investigations and in the courtroom in both civil and criminal trials.
Insolvency – dealing with insurance insolvency and rehabilitation in particular.

Expertise
International Law – advising various government agencies and parastatals, international organizations on different international claims, particularly with regard to the Kenyan approach to the dualistic incline of international law.
Public law – advising public bodies, financial institutions and governments generally on diverse matters of public law.
Tax law – advising on default investigations, judicial review and injunctive relief amongst other remedies aimed at reversing unlawful actions, restraining procedural abuses, conducting public policy initiatives.
Trials and appeals – expertise in trying all manner of civil and criminal cases before magistrates and judges nationwide, and in appellate practice before national and international courts and tribunals.
We hold no tracks with no limitations imposed by geographical locations, as we posses the capability to prosecute and defend claims nationally and in some instances internationally.
