We labour to help our clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively – whether through arbitration, litigation or other techniques in a manner that promotes their organizational objectives. We also work with our clients to develop compliance programs and other techniques to minimize future litigation risks.
Our litigation tea comprises six litigators, who have wide, tried and tested experience in litigation, ranging from civil litigation, criminal litigation to litigation in probate, commercial and corporate matters.
Litigation
The LITIGATION DEPARTMENT offers litigation service before appellate courts and courts of first instance throughout Kenya and provides legal representation before local and international arbitrators, such as the International Court of Arbitration. The department handles with equivalent efficiency, civil, criminal and matrimonial/probate matters, for a broad range of individual and corporate entities. The probate and trust section handles matters concerning provident and pension funds, trusts and estates of deceased persons. The civil department is well versed in applications dealing with matters ranging from employment disputes to workers compensation, insurance claims to indemnity cases and winding up to liquidation of corporate entities.
